- Dirk held leadership positions in development of mechanical casting components and currently in digital product development
- 14+ years of experience in steel making and particularly casting technology leading with projects in electric mold stirring, hot commissioning of longitudinal crack detection, fiber optic mold temperature measurement, AI-based root cause analysis and electric arc furnace alloying optimization.
- Dirk´s focus is on performance-based contracting, digital casting technology improvement and process control and quality improvement implementation.
